On this particular job, we were recommended by our previous client to help out with building a single story extension in Chorlton, Manchester. Idea was to open the existing small and dark kitchen up and the results exceeded the expectations this time. The 3m x 1.5m skylight and bi-folding doors make the space really spacious and light.
Double Story Side Extension and Single Story Pitched Roof Rear Extension Built in Wilmslow, Cheshire
With this job, we built the client a quality double story side and single story rear extension. We created an extra master bedroom with en-suite, a kitchen diner, office, downstairs toilet/, utility room and a garage. We also created a designer landscaped garden for our client.
Pair of Semi Detached Houses Built near Congleton, Cheshire
This job was brought to us by architect to whom we have completed numerous projects. He specifically needed a high quality finish with this one so he decided to get us involved.
After careful planning, we broke the ground in the beginning of 2022 and by now both houses have been finished and sold to very happy clients.
Dormer Loft Conversion with Zinc Cladding in Manchester
Our clients were expecting an addition to family and needed to extend their property to accommodate their newest family member. We built the dormer, completely re-roofed the other side of the property and restored some original features on the property. With the conversion they added a new master bedroom, family bathroom and a storage area. We were just happy to help out with the project.

With this job, our clients bought the property and were in a rush to get in the house so we were under pressure to complete it in the given timeframe or before.
We renovated the whole property which consisted of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and we added a very well built single story extension to make a large open plan living area for our clients family to enjoy.
Curved Wall Brick Extension Built in Prestbury, Cheshire
Our client in Prestbury got our details from his friend (Our old client) and we got exited from the first look at plans as we love projects with character.
Idea of the extension was to add a spacious brand new kitchen where you can enjoy the garden view and sun coming through doors and roof latern.
It took us total of 12 weeks to build it, finish it to high standard inside and do all the landscaping around the extension. Our clients were happy and so were we with building this beautiful extension.
Hard Landscaping In Alderley Edge, Cheshire
Our clients loved their property and the area they were in but they garden was a big let down. It had no life in it and they decided to change that by contacting us.
After carefully creating plans for their garden transformation, they put us to work. As always, we did our best and it's needless to say our clients were incredibly happy with their garden transformation.

We were brought in to renovate an Art Gallery in Ancoats, Manchester City Centre. We opened the gallery rooms up by removing walls and reception desks. We build new balustrades, installed floor electric boxes and also skimmed, made good and painted ceilings and walls to high standard.
Rear Garden Landscaping in Knutsford, Cheshire
We got contacted to see if we can bring some life to our clients rear garden in Knutsford. They had competed their extension few years ago and now was the time to finish the outside living area.
After few consultations and carefully going through the created plans we managed to create something special again for our clients. We really take pride in our work!
100 m2 Extension Built in Altrincham, Greater Manchester
With this one, we doubled the property size by building a dormer loft conversion, double story wraparound and porch. We installed 13 steel beams weighing 4.5 tons and removed half the side and the whole existing rear wall.
Garden Landscaping in Glossop, Derbyshire
On this job, our client got let down by a landscaping company who made a mess of it and then did a runner.
After we got contacted, we felt the need to put it right so we gave the best possible price for our client and got to work. It took us few weeks to rip up old flags, install new indian flagstones, steps with lights and railway sleepers. With this one, we were glad that we could help someone out this way!

This good quality dormer loft conversion was built for our client with growing family. They needed the space for their new born family member. We managed to win the job with 5 other construction companies in the running.
With this one, we had to install new steel ridge beam to support the weight of the dormer. All work was completed within budget and timeframes. We left another happy client behind.
Landscaping Job in Wilmslow Cheshire
We got called out to see our clients dull garden with lots of water problems. As we started with the work, it turned out their garden was full of builders rubble. We removed as much rubble as we could, installed underground water drainage system, built planters added edging for patio and installed some new fencing.

Handcrafted Victorian Style Timber Porch Built in Levenshulme, Manchester
When our clients told us what design they want their porch to be, we knew straight away it's going to be a difficult job to please them. In this porch we chamfered every post and detail on site, Built windows into the frame and installed a beautiful victorian tiled floor.
The end result couldn't be better and our clients were extremely happy with their new porch. Another job well done.
Garden Landscaping in Wilmslow, Cheshire
Our client in Wilmslow contacted us with two problems, his garden looked lifeless and had massive water drainage problems, so the ground was squidy all the time.
First thing we installed was the permable underground drainage system with soakaway. This was followed by installing good quality decking, artificial grass, edging stones and a new shed. Again, the result was fantastic!

Our clients bought the property and wanted to create a spacious open plan living area and renovate the whole house. We built them a quality side extension with velux windows, made a breakthrough, took out several walls and renovated the whole property. We installed 4 RSJ steels with one installed in the ceiling to avoid the room wastage due to low ceilings.
